Connection to IM server
I am new and I have no idea if this was ever brought up...but sometimes it takes me at least 20 trys to log onto AIM. I have no idea if this is a phone's problem or just a VZW problem. Anyone have the same problem??

I've had the problem a few times. Honestly, I don't use AIM Mobile that much but when I have used it, it took me a few tries and definitley some patience to get on but once i was on, it was fine.

I would love to take it to VZW...but it doesn't happen often. Maybe like, once a month? and when it does happen, I keep trying until it reaches the IM server LOL

Yeah I know what you mean. If it only happens about once a month, then jsut try to live w/ it but if it happens more frequently, see if the problem persists then bring it into tech support.

I actually did speak to the tech support person, he told me to either redownload the IM app or take the battery out for like, 5-10 min. I did both and still didn't work. but after many of tries to log on, finally let me after at least 15 tries. 😢

Yeah, Like i said i AM sorry to hear that but if it doesn't happen too often, then I guess just put up w/ it unless it's happening very frequently.
