How do you use this with a laptop. I would like to use my phone as a modem in my car while working. What are the steps or instructions on how to set this up, Thanks.

Step 3
Connect your phone to your PC via usb cable or via bluetooth. There are plenty of tutorials on how to connect your phone to your computer. Please check the VX8100 HowTo as the process will be exactly the same.

Launch the QPST Configuration Tool

Well to be honest, i didnt read all of "mpd2434" post... saw the length of it and kinda giggled to be honest....

And well.... thats not the pw for 1x/evdo networks, and or any other DU network Verizon has... so i can only assume the rest of his post is fishy... /shrug

Natl access/ BroadBand Access is $59.99 per month and you will have to purchase a Mobile Office Kit $40 that comes with all the cables/sw you need... and guess what you dont have to create manuel connections hurray!

The directions I left are the hack to enable evdo dun on this phone...that is what I thaught the op was looking for. Seeing it was not specified and most look for the hack in these forums anyways.
