Purchased it, installed software and nothing is happening. What am i doing wrong or what am i suppose to do?? 😕

First you need to set the enV in discoverable mode then look for it using the software of your bluetooth adapter. it should detect and report what services are available to you. You still have to start the Serial port service for bitpim or the file transfer to manually copy pix folder or sounds folder.
When you start the serial port services, take note of the COM port it connects to. You'll need it working with bitpim
