Loss of Service...
I for some reason can not how to turn off the "loss of service" voice on this phone. I have found how to turn off all other service alerts except for this one. If I hear her say "loss of service" one more time I'm gonna scream. Does anyone know how to do this? Please help!!!! Thank you!

They suggest replacing the sound with a blank .qcp file so you don't "hear" it. I think it should be somewhere in the ERI "service alerts". But, mine is set to "off" and I still hear it in some elevators.
