Screen looks weird/gray, is this normal?
I just got this phone and for some reason whenever there is black on the screen the left side and top look grayish dull. Is this normal?

ive had this problem too. dunno much about it. im thinking it might be a light behind the screen? anyone else know for sure?

Don't know for sure. But I can speculate, if that's cool. I hadn't noticed this until you brought it up. And I had to change everything (wallpaper/black theme/etc...) to even see what you are talking about, even then I could barely notice. If your's is obviously noticeable, perhaps you should bring it into a VZW store and compare to the floor model 9900? 🤨
I definitely think every 9900 does this and it most likely has something to do with the lighting of the display. Perhaps those edges of the internal screen (top and left) are closer to the powersource of the phone so the pixels are a bit brighter. 👀
