Considering buying enV, some questions...

I'm thinking of buying the enV, but I have found the various sales reps to be pretty inconsistent in their answers to my questions, so I'm hoping someone here might know:

*) Does the music player have a shuffle mode?

*) Is there a better option (in a similar price range) for someone looking for a decent combination camera/phone/mp3-player, but who doesn't really care about texting?

Thanks.

And another question: none of my local verizon stores can keep this phone in stock. I have considered ordering the phone online, but I am worried about what happens if the phone is a dud. Can I have it fixed/replaced at a local store even if I ordered it online? Is it a bad idea to order phones online?

Yes it has a shuffle mode, this to me is the best combo out the phone is awsome.2.0 camera, music sounds awsome plus it supports bluetooth stereo headsets. That is the reason the stores can't keep them in stock,my local stores are only getting 1 or 2 in at a time.If you buy online the stores will honor the them like you purchased it the store for repairs however if you get the phone on line and there is a problem with it you have to mail it back for a replacement within you 15 day trial period.I have purchased many phones on line full retail with no issues or hassles.

Thanks for the info. The above quote is confusing to me. It sounds as though you're saying "there's no problem ordering online unless there's a problem." If I order the phone from, say, wirefly or amazon, and the phone has problems, can I handle all repairs/replacements through my local verizon store, or am I forced to try to get amazon/wirefly to fix/replace it?

Thanks.
