This phone was great I waited to buy this phone, loved everything about it except the other day I tried taking it out of Verizons holster to put into my navigation dock and it had a crack across the screen from the camera to the sd slot. There are hundreds of complaints about this.you do nothing to the phone and it breaks.Neither Verizon or Motorola will do anything except tel you to pay the 100 for insurance claim saying there is no known problem even though there is. The gorilla glass is horrible and it has micro cracks to begin with when it is cut at manufacture but they will not tell you this. You can't charge it to long gets hot and once again cracks.....MAJOR ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!

Coming from dx and dx2, ive always been a moto fan. I love the scratch resistant screen and speed of this phone. After upgrading the memory card to a 32 gb this phone replaced my laptop. Ive never had so much fun with my phone. We (my co workwers) have done series of tests on this phone comparing it to every other carriers iPhones....needless to say they all returned their iPhones....the update to the .748 is alot better and keeps the battery a bit longer. for those that complain about battery life its a droid if you dont like it go to an iphone or windows phone. This is one of the best phones moto has come out with in a while. All i need is my ics update and it will be even sweeter....
Love it, but there's a big but......

Got my phone for $.01 from Amazon. It's gorgeous; thin, light, great screen. BUT......it has frozen about 3 dozen times in the 36 hours that I've had it.
I called Amazon Wireless and they were very understanding. They're shipping out a replacement and I hope (with fingers crossed) that the replacement doesn't have he same issue, because I really want to keep this phone.
