As soon as I took this phone out of the box I knew it wasn't going to work out, the phone is huge and has that cheap Motorola feel to it, I tired it for a day and had nothing but problems, had to tap multiple times to get the touch screen to work, super slow Internet and froze up more than once, verizon guy said it sounded defective but I still sent it back and went back to the HTC Incredible. The Droid X isn't for me.
ditch it

Had this phone for like 2 days ditch it and get the Evo from Sprint. Faster speeds and video chat need I say more?

Besides being on my 3rd X and still waiting on the 2.2 update the VOLUME, Notification alerts, Alarm, earpiece volume are not up to par for a phone that could have been one of Verizon's best ever releases. Motorola needs to start listening to customer's again. Although the original Droid made me buy Motorola again, after the X release and problems that it was plaqued with having me looking to Samsung and LG for an ANDROID device.
