RIM Wins BBM Trademark Fight

A Canadian court has ruled that Research In Motion did not infringe on a trademark owned by BBM Canada with its use of "BBM" — short for BlackBerry Messenger. BBM Canada, which monitors television and radio audiences, sought to block RIM from using the shortened version of its messaging service.
