Spotify Offers Free Listening to Computers
Jan 16, 2014, 8:22 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Spotify has axed the time restrictions it used to place on music played from a computer. The change, which was revealed by the company in a blog post, is effective immediately and applies to everyone. Previously, Spotify limited computer-based listening to just 10 hours per month. Spotify has already made it possible to stream music to mobile devices for free. The free listening experience includes advertisements. Spotify users seeking an ad-free experience will need to spend $10 per month. Spotify makes mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
