Visto today announced it will file suit against Good Technology for patent violation. Visto provides wireless email services for many of the largest carriers in the US and abroad. Visto does not appear to be under threat from NTP and feels it could be on the verge of a business boom if an injunction is issued against RIM at next month's trial. Visto claims that it is suing Good to protect its business against newcomers that do not own any patents in the wireless email space should the RIM fall from its top spot.
