Review: LG Dare
The Dare is LG's best touch phone yet. The menu system works much better than on the Voyager or Vu and has some thoughtful touches that speed up data entry and finding things.
The camera works really well and takes good pictures, but the fussiness of the shutter button could be a problem for some. Too bad we can't say the same for the video recorder.
The music player is the best we've seen from a phone on the Verizon network, and it even allows multi-tasking.
The browser is fast and supports full HTML, though the phone's touch screen technology gets in the way of usability a little bit with false positives, for example, slowing things down.
Battery life was good, sound quality was average, and the usefulness of the touch design and hardware all add up to a nice little package.
