Cricket's AWS-Toting A100 Makes Its Debut in Chicago

Leap Wireless's Cricket mobile launched the A100 in the newly-live Chicago market today. The A100 supports CDMA over Cricket's AWS spectrum. It is a small candybar phone manufactured by Cal-Comp with speech recognition for handsfree dialing, a 2.5mm headset jack, a mini USB charging port, vibrate and speakerphone. It will be available for $90 in Cricket stores and dealers in the greater Chicago area.
