Google Brings On-the-Fly Editing to Calendar for iPhone and Android
Apr 7, 2009, 1:03 PM by Eric M. Zeman
Today Google announced new functionality in the Google Calendar program for the iPhone and Android platforms. The new version allows users to respond to event invitations, send event invitations, change attendance status, as well as edit events directly from the phone. The previous version was view-only. The new version will also show the most recently viewed event if no wireless network is available. It is available for free for iPhone's running system software 2.2.1 and up and all Android handsets. It is only available in English for the moment.
