TracFone's SafeLink Expands to Illinois

Today TracFone announced that its SafeLink service is now available to the low-income households in the state of Illinois. SafeLink provides a free cell phone, free access to 911 emergency services and 60 minutes of airtime per month to qualifying households for a period of one year. The phone and service include voicemail, text, and call waiting.
