Google Suggests Buzz Users Check Their Settings
Apr 6, 2010, 8:09 AM by Eric M. Zeman
Google recently admitted in a blog post that it made several privacy-related mistakes with the launch of its Buzz social networking service. Since the launch, Google has made a number of changes to the way Buzz lets people connect, specifically restricting how it auto-follows others. Now that Google has re-worked this portion of how Buzz operates, it says that all users should log into their Buzz accounts and confirm their settings to properly manage their privacy. Buzz works from within Gmail and also on mobile phones such as Android devices and the iPhone.
