Verizon To Launch Location Based Services in Q3
Can this be done.....
Was wondering if this can be done with GSM networks. Seems like it would not be hard. Software is already available that can identify a specific tower. So, if there was a database with specific locations put together would it work?
Verizon is a CDMA network , so yes it can be done as it is being done by Sprint-Nextel.
