This can not stand....

Apple delivered something 'new'(Only to Apple) and expected $1000 for it... This is unacceptable. They are attempting to set a precedent that we will never come back from.
lmao...bc the $930 Note 8 is SOOOOOOO much cheaper and more affordable. How DARE Apple!!!

Most expensive smartphone you say? Wow it really must be good since it cost $1,000 right? Yes, it's greed but with a bit of psychology mixed in for good measure.
I suggest you move to Venezuela since you seem so opposed to capitalism. Let us know how that works out

iPhone X takes us to the next level of smartphone, while Eric is stuck in the android trap!

The iPhone X has drawn more excitement than every other new phone released this year! It's a stunning example of what Apple technology can produce both hardware and software. As other reviews such as The Wall Street Journals review proclaims, its the "Best smartphone that has ever been made". But I only hear subtle compliments from this review and loads of insults.

I am a professional photographer and Eric pointed out some of how terrific the camera of the Apple iPhone X is! But in nearly "every" catagory there was mocking and complaints with few compliments for a job well done.

The iPhone X is the fastest, best looking, best built smartphone ever created and I heard none of that here. The final scores were damn good but ran in confli...

This is not The Verge. If you want iSheep that are paid by Apple go there. They keep it honest at PhoneScoop

Nice, Pro Android, review...

So you want the IPhone X to be more along the lines of Android? Then review an Android phone. I can buy a Samsung phone for $950.00, but $1000.00? That’s way too much. Seriously? Complaints over a $50.00 difference?

Let’s look at it this way. Android phones (many models available) very nice phones. But the same OS is used on different manufacturers devices. iOS is on Apple, period. That lends itself to better hardware to software interplay. Perfect? No. Nor are the competitors.
But I find it tiring when slamming a platform is considered a review. For example, “The Notch”. Who cares? It’s not really that huge an issue, functionally does nothing to the iPhone, and (for me), it gives me an idea where the speaker and front camera are.

Beware the glass back

Reports have come in that dropping an iPhone X from as small as one foot off the ground can cause the glass back to shatter. This would be a design flaw
design flaw? If you drop anything around your house it's possible it could break. I don't recall Apple stating the phone is unbreakable.

Oh, that notch

I read and hear a lot of commentary about, "The Notch" on the new iPhone X and both sides have their opinions if they like it or not.

The main reason Apple made that notch is for branding identity. It makes a statement even from across the room. There's no mistaking if somebody is using Apple's latest flagship phone in a sea of phones because that notch is unmistakable. Simple as that.

It's a rather brilliant bit of marketing and I expect many copy cats from the competition next year (save for Essential of course).

Waiting for the accolades and iPhone X swooning

Since phone Scoop is a fanboi site LOL
No, it's not. Never has been. This is a fair assessment of the iPhone X and not all praise.
Nah. This is PhoneScoop not The Verge. PS has always been fair and honest which is why to this day it's one of the few sites I frequent and trust for their reviews. If you want iSheep, try The Verge and MKBHD.

Oops

No band 71.
Looks like the V30 holds the accolade for that now.
This is a non-starter for T-Mobile. Why pay a grand for a phone that won't support the full spectrum of service provided by a carrier?
71 isn't even rolled out across the whole country, and by the time it is this phone will be old news.
...
And this has to do with face id in which way?
