Hey all. I have a sprint bb curve and I can't send picture messages to normal #s only to emails. I am trying to send a picture to a cricket phone but I don't know what the email is. I tried the phone #@mms.cricket.com and didn't work. Does anyone out there know what the email is? Thanks for your help

So I wanted to ask, before I got involved with Cricket in any capacity, what should I be concerned about? I've heard things about fees for paying bills, and calling customer service and what not, and I just wanted to substantiate all of these "hidden concerns" before I did anything. Could any of you offer some insight into some things you've experienced with Cricket that you weren't anticipating? Thanks!

Cricket tells me this isn't a TriBand phone. What I'm reading I have no way to find this out. There are a million of these phones being sold on Ebay and ALL say they will only work for Cricket. Is this a marketing ploy by Cricket to make me buy their phones... or is this a issue with the ebay sellers?

I bought the "Samsung Messager R450" for my step daughter. I could not get the phone activated and neither could the service reps at the Cricket store. I had to call to get a RA number to have it sent back. So now I have to pay to have the phone shipped back that was DOA. I find something wrong with that policy. 👿

I'm a Cricket user and have been for the past 4 months now. I use it everywhere in Austin and throughout Central Texas. I also have AT&T Wireless as well but have reduced my minutes to lowest plan as Cricket provides me with umlimited minutes, texting and voice mail for $35 a month. I have used Cricket from Georgetown TX to past San Antonio TX without any dropped calls and excellent coverage. I'm not too sure why some people play down Crickets coverage and service when indeed its almost equal to AT&T within the Metropolitian areas. I have no problems receiving/placing calls anywhere in the Austin metropolitan areas and some suburbs but then again if you live out on Lake Travis you will find some areas work best on AT&T. A friend of mine has Cricket and I have sprint. We live in the South Texas area and Cricket recently came to our area. When I text him Sprint thinks his # is a landline # and sends me a text telling me that the message was successfully delivered to a person or a voicemail/answering machine. Cricket said this is a known issue with Sprint and that # (he has no problems with texting other carriers), I was wondering if anyone anywhere else have this same problem? Would CS or tech support over the phone be able to fix it? (They told him it would fix itself in 48 hours of activation, but still has not been resolved) Or should he go back to the store? I keep insisting to do it over the phone but he insists to go to the store. The stores aren't real...

Wanting to know if anyone in the industry knows if Cricket will have new phones in the upcoming months and specials?

I have a co worker who has a helio ocean and has gotten it flashed! Works Great and all, but cant send picture messaging or you use wap. Can anyone help? does anyone know how he can fix the setting so he can use the pciture messaing function and wap?
