so i work for uscell and I had a TRACFONE cust who purchased a phone through radioshack and was sold a tracfone plan ( are they even called plans?) the phone was malfunctioning so tracphone sent them a 710 to replace their c343. They were old so they didnt really understand how cool that was but anyways it was a US CELLULAR phone so the tracfone people kept sending them back to us since they had a phone that said US CELL on it. SO I called tracfone multiple times and it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to ANYONE who spoke ENGLISH. They kept READING trained responces back to me. finally i spoke to someone and they said they dont ship phone blah blah blah.... so anyways TRACFONE sucks and the people I dealt with agreed and left your beloved company...
