Win back department??
Does anyone have the direct number to the win back department? I use to have it but have seemed to lost it...

there is not a "win back department". there is a department that processes winbacks but thats only a small part of what they do.
are you wanting to return to verizon wireless within 90 days of leaving? if so call 800-922-0204 and they will transfer you to the right people.
if its been more then 90 days call 800-2-join-IN

Ok thanks.. Yeah I had a number before from a lady that I talked to in that department that handles win backs.. It was just easier calling that department directly instead of going through CS. Thank you though...

no. you do not call the win back number for customer service, that is not their job.
