Good Job Verizon... All we need now are better plans
You have great service but you truely need better plans that benefit everyone not if you just in verizon network.
With the new Moble # change and price drops in cellphone cost everything is looking good.
Room for Improvement:
1. All plans need to drop atleast $10 per month.

Sometimes quality is a little bit more expensive iampedro 😉 (thats what i tell customers anyway) But, in all seriousness, the whole point of LNP is to stir competition within wireless carriers. Hang on the your pants pedro, I think there's change on the horizon.

if they lowered the plans they wouldn't have enough funds to maintain and give you the larges widest wireless netork out of all the carriers so basicly as the old saying goes... you get what you pay for. If YOU want lower price plans go with another carrier but i'd rather pay more to know that at least my service will work.

Yes, I understand but I look foward to pay $400 for more than 400 anytime min. With other services you get 150 or more min for the same price. I understand but people will look at price soon and instead of coverage..

iamoedro, You concern is understandable but pricing is not what Verizon is known for. It is their service! I recently had a Sprint sales rep in my store upgrading his Verizon phone. During a "Shop-around" a US Cellular rep pulled out a Verizon VX6000 picture phone and told us to go with Verizon. How does that guy make any money?
I the mid-west Verizon is # 1 in 5 out of 6 markets. Consistently the reason is our service and our Worry Free Guarantee. Largest Network, Option to change your plan at any time, First Call problem resolution, New handset every two years, Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
I feel that when you get our service and experience the quality and the coverage you will forget about the few extra dollars you will spend...
