Verizon Throttling 4G

Both me & my friend are having our 4g speeds throttled by verizon. We live just south of Atlanta anfd the past couple of months have used 20 gigs of data. I pay for the mobile hotspot option.

This is why u dont pay for the hotspot and use the free apps.
