They took off my unlimited data and they said that we made the change and acted like I was crazy they even said I had been on the new plan for a year and I told them they were crazy I have the bills so after a day of being called crazy I got a rep who had a brain and they are submitting a ticket to get it fixed and she admitted it was done in error so please don't give up everyone when Verizon tries to bend you over!!

I guess I am getting my lawyer ready to sue the hell out of verizon. They changed my plan and now they will not fix it. I just got a text saying the change had been denied (far as fixing it) Get ready Verizon you think you are messing with a punk here but you will soon learn and that is a promise I can't believe that you will not do the right thing so in the end I will get this fixed and be much much richer when I take them to the cleaners. Go ahead and nag me everyone that is Data haters but I will do the right thing as God as my witness.

I didn't clap my hands about your case, and I exerted far less effort in accomplishing nothing.

On second thought, maybe you should applaud how efficient I am!

Can I ask you a question? Do you not know how to follow rules or even read? I ask this because there are 2 rules on this site and the way you are acting seems like you don't respect rules. I also ask this question because you are sticking your nose in a situation where you are just trying to trash talk and that is not giving anything productive to a bad situation that a fellow phone-scooper is going through. So in other words don't be a jerk in short that is the rules. ( Some how people on this site get punished for speaking the truth about pointing out how rude people like you are, that being said it would not surprise me for this site to punish me for speaking the truth) So enough with the rude responses if you have something to add that i...

That's nice who cares? The English police? Give me a break had the worst week of my life (tragic death in my family) I got my point across let me guess???? You hate unlimited data? Sounds like a personal problem to me. I mean there are two rules and who made you the sentence structure police.

Do not file a legal complaint. File a formal complaint with the FCC. You can do that on their website. You WILL get a response from the FCC and Verizon. It may take several months, though.

I filed a complaint over their refusal to remove an unwanted text message charge a few years ago, and my complaint ended up with Verizon refunding my account 66 cents. Not much, but how many hours did they spend replying to the FCC for that.

You can also file a complaint with the BBB.

I want to start by saying I am sorry you lost your unlimited data feature.

These features do not spontaneously change or drop off accounts without some sort of change made to the account either by an account owner or account manager. I have seen many people try to fight this and very few of them succeed.

Have you authorized anyone on the account as an account manager?

Did they give you a reason why your inactive pricing request was denied?

When did you notice the change on your bill?

The default response to those requests is to deny it if the transaction that dropped the feature happened more than 14 days ago.

Regular customer care and stores do not have a direct escalation path for you to get hold of someone in power....

Well they did and the rep that I had previously spoken to even admitted it was verizons fault. I waited over a week for the feature to be corrected. As far as when the feature dropped off it has way less than 14 days. I am the only one who calls in our verizon account as I am the only person that can call and make any kind of changes. They said just now on the phone it was denied due to incompatible device and the rep just said that she didn't understand because I am grandfathered in on 4G Unlimited data. I am very upset because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years ! As far as the bills go I haven't got the bill for this month where it was taken off but I have all my previous months bills and they show I have had the data for sever...

So there was a device change.

What device did you change from?

What device did you change to?

Where did you get the device from?

The data features are the same for 3G and 4G phones. 4G phones have an additional provisioning feature.

In regards to the 4g tethering, I assume you are talking about the $30 unlimited tethering. There is no 3G equivalent.

You do not need to pay for a mobile hotspot feature on a 4G device. There was an FCC ruling stating that VZW could not block 3rd party tethering apps on any device that runs on the LTE spectrum. This is why it is included in the Share Everything Plans. This works well for Droids since there are plenty of apps to do this. If someone makes a tether app for the iPhone 5 and ...

Verizon STOLE a service from him!

A service that they provided, and that they can cancel at any time, but still.

THEFT.

I paid for that service smart guy! I was in a contract that was protected! I did not violate anything in that said contract. The FCC had a rule put in that verizon could not tell you how to use the 4G. They can't block a tethering app and so forth..... So they did steal from me! Not 100% sure if this post was sarcasm but if it is you need to get over your ego.... Stealing is Stealing end of story
