You can't even get your 4G Android phone up and running via Wi-Fi if your phone doesn't have a SIM card? 😡

Personally I prefer Droid, however I was in hhgregg today and they said they still had plenty in stock....

they are not nationwide, only midwest and east coast, so that doesn't help everyone, but if you didn't get one and want one this might be an option. They just put Verizon in there so I don't think anyone thought of picking one up there at launch.

Me... waiting for the Nexus or Vigor, if the Iphone 5 has LTE I might check it out.

I was looking to add a data plan from Verizon. Well, Verizon has annoyed me and now I want out. I am willing to sell my unlimited data plan. Make me an offer.

My iphone 4s overheated today and practically burned my hand. Is this related to their battery problem? This is ridiculous!! Am I going to have to sue Apple for burning my hand? What happened to their quality control?
How could they release a new phone like this with some many problems?

Trying to decide which smart phone to get. Pretty sure I want a Droid but if you have any arguments why the iphone is better I'd love to hear that too. I'm just not sure what makes one Droid better than the other. Also, I'm wondering if anybody has any inside info on black friday deals on Droids and whether or not I should wait til then and get the best deal. Right now there are a lot of free w/new contract phones (which is the category I'd fall under). Help please & thank you! 😁

Apple hasn't acknowledged this issue yet but has been a big problem for me. Sometimes, I hear other party but they don't hear me. This always happens when I use dialpad on my car. If I use SIRI to make call, doesn't happen. Some people have commented that this seems to be a combination of proximity sensor and mic switching which could be both hardware and/or software issues.

Also,using Bluetooth, metallic distorted sound sometimes.

Anyway else having these problems? Does anyone have a fix for these problems?

Why does Apple release phones after waiting 16 months since the last one with poor quality control? They are supposed to be such a "detail-minded" company yet can't release a phone without problems. Any help would be appreciate...

I know I'm reaching here but on Saturday my Thunderbolt past away. Or should I say the display past away.... I can no longer view any content. The phone itself is working and you can hear the commands being entered but it will not show. I took it to Verizon and they tried a hard re-set by taking the battery out, holding the volume down button and the off button at the same time. The problem is that you need to see the display in order to follow the rest of the instructions.

Again I know Im reaching but does anyone know of a way to fix the display? Thanks for any help that can be offered.

Supposedly will issue an update within the next couple of weeks.

My DINC1 got upgraded and was wondering if their is a way to do this without installing an app? Or if an app is needed which one get's your vote?

I've noticed sometimes when I receive a text from someone with a VZW LTE phone, I'll get a double message. As if they sent the same one twice, and they show up at the same time.

Super AMOLED HD display, dual-core processors, future ready NFC enabled. and me as the soon-to-be owner of THE Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I paid Radio Shack a visit, had a chat, and I found out I can get $118 applied to the purchase of the Galaxy Nexus by trading in my Samsung Droid Charge, so that reduces how much more I will have to pay for the Gnex. I am sooo psycked! ! ! Ice Cream Sandwhich is sooo different from current Android, I will have to watch some YouTube tutorial vids to become more acquanted with all the features & how-to's.

I just got the new 4s and for some reason the names of my contacts dont come up when they call just there numbers. Did i do something wrong? They are all in my contacts list but just the number comes up. Ive tried to change it but cant see how. Any help? Thanks.

I have a question for anyone who cares to give me their 2 cents. I am up for a new phone, do I get the iPhone 5 or the Droid Bionic? I would like to hear the pros and cons of you opinion. Just want some outside advice/opinions before I make my decision. Thanks. 🙂

I have the Droid Pro. Not a bad phone but didn't grow on me. I'll sell it to anyone here if they want it. PS - in great condition.

Anyway, I had signed a 1 year agreement just before they axed that trend and my upgrade is this Dec. I would like a new phone because the DP isn't doing it for me. So I called VZW and the rep would allow me to upgrade early for a 2-yr agreement which is spectacular. However, I asked her about upgrading to an iPhone and she said that the iPhone is the only exception to upgrading early. Meaning I could upgrade to any other phone other than that one. Is this true? If so, then why? Is there a way to get around this or would I have to wait until Dec for this? Also, is the Bionic worth the $300?
