I just learned that you can display album art on your phone through Vcast Music. My phone has never displayed it, though. How do you do it? I store my music on my computer in mp3 format and have WMP convert it when I need to. Is this a problem?

I did the latest PRL update and now my reception is not as good as before. Vcast and Mobile Web are slower also. This is in San Diego with an E815 and V325. Is there any reason for this ? I can understand it happening to the V325.

I am up for my NE2. I currently have the MOTO E815 and actually like it but the volume on the mp3 player is not very loud without earbuds. Also, I have a 2GB mini SD card. So which phone would be the best choice that supports the 2GB mini SD card and has the best speaker volume for MP3's? I want to be able to sit outside and listen to my MP3s from my phone without headphones and have a good quality volume and sound. Is this even possible with any of the phones out or should I wait for some new releases?

I just gave up my BB for a Windows based phone on Cingular. I live in the Connecticut area, and the reception in NYC and the metro area is terrible.

I am looking to go back to Verizon, and need a windows based phone. My employer is forcing me to windows. I personally don't like it, it's like having a desktop system on your phone, with start, programs, etc, etc. I think the windows operating system is years behind the BB in terms of ease of use.

Anyway, I would like your advise as to what the best is on Verizon with Windows, or, if you know of any news models coming soon.

my refurbished, purchased on ebay phone just came in today. and for some reason when i receive or send phone calls, the phone vibrates even after i end the call. is there a setting to change this or do i have another dud?

I'm aware that the LG VX8100 and the VX8600 can view messages from the outside LCD display. I just had an angry customer in my store because a rep told her that the Nokia 6315i can do the same thing. I'm just curious, are there any phones besides the 8100 and 8600 that can view the messages from the outside?

Does anyone know if the $5 plan that has 250 messages includes text and pix messages, or just text messages?

ok so My roomate has verizon. he has two phones with them and insurance and all that jazz. well his brother forgot his phone on the car drove off and ran over it in his driveway. so he figured ya know i have insurance just pay the deductable and get a new phone right. well verizon told him he has to get a police report to be able to use his insurance. What??? does that make sense? why do you need a police report when you ran over your own phone on accident. so he talked to a rep on the phone his manager as well as a in store rep and they all said the same thing. can anyone explain this to me? I am a cingular rep and it totally confused me so i called and asked myself and they told me the same thing as well. I think thats crazy

I'm a lowly indirect, and don't understand why a person's NE2 wouldn't be showing up at ALL. The customer may have done something to affect it, or extend his credits out, but why would the NE2 just disappear from the screen?
