does the keypad on the RAZR suck bigtime?

Why are LG phones egg shaped....except the 8500/8600

which is built more silidly....especially keypads

I have been trying to get music onto the Razor using the music essentials kit. However about half of the music will not play. It will show the file but it will not play. I have deleted and reloaded but it did not fix it. I have spent countless hours with tech support and they are at a loss as well. Can anyone help me understand how to fix this. Thank you in advanced.

I'm probably going to get the Chocolate and renew my plan with VZW, but I've heard a few bad things about VZW that I'd like to have clarified so I'm not stuck with it for 2 years.

#1 I heard numerous complaints about songs not playing on the phones. Apparently itunes won't play. I'm wondering what other formats of music and video aren't compatible with VZW.

#2 I also heard that there were problems with custom ringtones. Somebody said that you can't play ringtones directly from a microSD card. If that's the only problem and all you have to do is move the song to the phone's internal memory, then I wouldn't mind. But if you can't set custom ringtones at all, then I'm packing my bags and heading to Cingular.

#3 What's all the blue...

I bet this will be a nice all around great speakerphone bluetooth phone.. Not that I like moto but with the crap in the 8600 and the miserable bluetooth with LG, I am ready to go back to moto..

any word on which phone would be better..If this is a repeat of a previous thread let me apologize now..i'm looking into getting the 8600 i have the 9800 and will put it sell it (word of mouth,ebay,etc) but i'm liking what i hear about the 8600 and the 9900 i'm thinking i simply got caught up in the "hype" and it's not as hot as i thought it would be..any pros and cons from folks who have the 8600 would be greatly appeciated. Thanks 🙂

This is mainly for owners/managers, I know that some of the agents can do NE2, and I think we will be able to by the end of the year, my question is how does it work? The extra discount, is it credited to the customers account or is it paid to us as on our comission statement? Do they pay for a normal upgrade + $100?

I'm a new customer to Verizon. I have generally had Cingular (my wife's acct) and Sprint through the last several years but I have to say Verizon is the best by far. Great phone, excellent service and customer care, and more high speed coverage. The only weakness I see with Verizon is a pretty lame website to check your account and make changes. A 10 year old could design better! But I am still 100% satisfied with Verizon.
