My v3c is starting to act up. When I flip it open, the clock seems to freeze sometimes...for example right now I opened it and it says 12:16pm when it is really 2:08pm.

To my understanding, I can bring this back to verizon and they will swap it out for a new one, right? well, if they dont make the v3c anymore, and they only have the v3m, will it be replaced by that?

If so, how can I convince them to give me a silver one instead of a gray one? 🙂

Can anyone verify if this exists....my buddy claims that verizon is offering unlimited internet for $15 right now, to match sprint....true or false?

My verizon account is a corporate national account. We log into a special b2b site where we order our stuff from - not the normal site through 'My Account'.

Anyways, I ordered a new phone and dropped it in the water. It turned out being ruined and unfortunately, verizon insurance does not cover water damage.

So, I went back onto the corporate account website and re-ordered the same phone. I noticed that the price had come down a little which is great - and I ordered it.

My only concern is that - this discounted price that I paid, is this really the final price I will pay for the phone, or will I be charged later on down the road, after the phone has been used and opened for...

🙂 This post is for all the people who actually do a good job helping their customers and making a good example for their company. There is too much bashing going around these forums and everyone seems to want to blame the reps like we have control over any carrier's policies.

I wanted to take some time to give some props for my follow reps caught in the middle taking crap from both sides of the job they do. Sometimes not every customer is a pleasure to help and your bosses can give you stress disorders but hopefully you just one drink away from peace. 😉

My only problem is that I need an address that addresses a SINGLE PERSON(this means I can't write to the customer service address listed on the website). I tried asking customer service, but they were of absolutely no help saying that I should just ask my questions via email(that wouldn't be a problem if the assignment were not to WRITE A LETTER). When will Verizon Wireless offer Native coverage in Northern West Virginia (Weirton,wv/Steubenville,Oh area)? I had Verizon Wireless before but had to cancel them because they didn't have native coverage and a local exachange for people to call when they wanted to get ahold of me. Very very disapointed with cingular wireless's performance during this hurricane. The power went out for the whole town meaning cell towers were down. I woke up to go in the attic to avoid the water then i thought to get my phones. In my pocket i had a cingular, sprint, and verizon phone. We were tryin to dial 911 as we were stuck in the attic with 8 ft of water. My cingular phone would not work, no service for almost three weeks. You'd think with an allover network it would be durable. It wasn't, so ipowered it off. Next is my sprint phone. I powered it on and it looked for service for about 3 mins then picked up a digital roam signal, with a sigh of relief i dialed 911. I got a Verizon family plan and 2 phones last year. My 1 year contract was up in Apr 06 and today I thought of getting 2 new phones. Little did I know that someone messed up my account. I called to see if a couple of stores had the pink razr and the motorola v815. Well after going to a store here in memphis I found the LG 8300 that I liked much better.
