I am a new customer. I have a payment issue I need to deal with (they have already goofed on me, less than 6 weeks into my contract, this is not a good sign). How do I contact customer service?

I tried dialing *611. It was 9 pm eastern, and apparently the only thing I can do is speak to financial services, who according to the recording went home at 7 pm. The website says their hours are until 11 pm. I don't know if that's Eastern or Pacific, but if it's Eastern, I have 2 hours, if it's Pacific, I have 5. So something's wrong, and how the heck do I call them?

now its been a long time since i posted anything here but i had to put in my 2 cents about this guy. being a former vzw employee i know how vzw rips off customers all the time. i'm glad karma finally caught up with them. timmy here stole $21 million dollars worth of prepay pin numbers! then sold them and bought lots of stuff! dont know how he did it but i gotta give him his props!

i'm sorry for all you current vzw customers who might see even higher prices now that vzw can say that they were robbed and need to pass that cost on to you folks. in all reality its a drop in the bucket for them but its not like they need any excuses to charge more for their services then anybody else right.

anyhow thats my 2 cents. i'm sure many will disag...

Anyone know how long the contract between Motorola and VZW is for the Moto Q?

Can the 8300 be used with VZ Navigator? It doesn't show on VZN site however the 8300 does have BREW.

Ok so i've got the 8300 and there are no ringtone selections for VZW tones. These are the ones that i like the best from my 7000. Which it didn't come with at first but later on got it. I can't remember how long it took. But i was wondering if and when there would be a brew update??

Ok bottom line is i am trying to cheat the system, i bought my vx8300 from my govt rep which credited me the 50.00 instead of me having to send in my rebate form just like if i were to buy it off the verizon site i would get an instant rebate. Anyways can i also send mail in the rebate. Would i get 2 rebates or would verizon know. Hey i am only human and if i can make a easy buck who wouldnt. thanks...

After all the new customer information is put in for a new activation, when hitting the submit button, the next screen is Page Cannot be Displayed error screen and you have to start all over again, sometimes 3 to 9 times.

All of this happens when the store is jammed full of people....

I was wondering how much insurance is and like if my phone "breaks" the next day it's covered right and do I get a new phone if it doesn't work and how much is the insurance? Because I have an LG VX8100 and it's scrateched up and i have a differenct antenna and faceplate and I want the original but mine are scrateced so I would like a new 8100?!?

Ok, when Fastpath first came out I thought it was fine, everybody else complained about it not working for them but mined seemed to work fine.

It seems every day there are more and more problems that develope with it, and it runs slower and slower, it just took me 5 minutes to access Fastpath to process an ESN change. While 5 minutes may not seem like a long time sitting there staring at a blank screen with a customer standing there in front of you and the both just standing their silently seems like forever.

Is this happening to everybody, does it seem like their are more and more problems daily with this thing?

And one more thing, why the heck did they change it at all? "Individual" or "business" was working fine for processing or...

I just got a 1 gig memory card and a card reader from newegg. As I was dropping mp3s onto the card in the My mp3s folder I only got about 160 mb on the card when it told me the destination folder was full. Is there a limit to the size of the folders???

I have so many people come in with phones that magically get water damaged, It is amazing. People come in here with there water damaged phones that have "never seen water" That the corporate store will not touch, and want me to do something about it. Why Me??? They know what there options are it is just like they want me to tell them so they can get mad at me, and blame it on Verizon's policy as if it was our fault that there darn phone got wet. The best is the people who know about the water mark, and try to take it off, and tell us I have know idea what you are talking about. Come On people how dumb do we look? Just seeing how many people have the same problem?

How can I determine which tower I am connected to? I have read posts that people can see which tower designation they are connected to, but noone said where to find it. I assume this would be in the test menu, but where would that info be found? I have a LG phone (VX8300).

How do I check signal strength (dB) in test mode? I know how to get into test mode and field tests, but I can't find anything about signal strength in the menu. Where is this located? Is it in test call? I don't want to start testing without knowing what will happen. I have a LG VX8300

I used this app to chop a clip from an old jacka$$ episode and it only shows 1:40 in video, but it plays the entire sound for the clip. Is there something i have to hack to get it to play the entire video clip or did I just huck something up when I converted the file?

Has anyone used VZN Navigation and if so what do you think? Any problems? Is it easy to use?

I am considering getting the V3M and it comes with this option.
