HTC Desire
Bought one unlocked a week ago, loving it but that's coming from a previous Blackberry user... it comes with HTC's Sense UI which looks great, the AMOLED screen is brilliant, and the 1ghz Snapdragon processor and half gig of memory make this phone lightning quick. Running EDGE on T-Mobile, cannot get 3G support unless I go international. The build is solid and am liking the Android UI better than I thought I would.

The only one that has AT&T 3G (850 only) is the one from Australia. I cost about $800 unlocked.
