Ahmadinejad is Awe-Some!
I am in my home using my iPhone 3GS with the ios 4 update on wifi of course... with abso floggin luly no service (going on 10 straight minutes).
I am tired of the iPhone. I am tired of the fact that I can go from full bars 3G to no service faster than Joe Biden can put his foot in his mouth, or Ridley Scott can make a historically inaccurate movie.
I know AT&T has just as good service if not better than Verizon where I live (north of Houston)
What is the best reception smart phone AT&T has currently?
I think a phone should get decent reception. I am tired of the phone and apple.
Ridley Scott makes a FINE movie.
As far as your phone, well, that's what happens when you try to update an Apple product. With Apple's "no update" policy on their computers, it should come as no surprise when their updates don't work very well. Apple is very adept at writing software for intended hardware, but cross platform implementation is marginal at best.
Blackberry makes a good smart phone, as does HTC. Tilt II if you want to go Windows or choose one of the Droid offerings.
Does he make historically accurate movies depicting actually interaction among ethnic groups, or socio economic classes? A definitive No.
His child like absolute of right and wrong is laughable.
Also, I don't want another Windows based phone. They are quite horrid and drain a battery life.
I guess I will try a droid or a BB.
Despite the design the Backflip a a pretty nice phone, good reception, durable, the touch screen is gurilla glass, and the buttons on the keyboard are all one piece so dirt, dust, moiture cant get under the buttons like some phones.
Yeah I will check that out. I will just use an ipod touch for entertainment.
This is my second iphone, and I know it isn't the network.
I use to have a Cingular 8525 and I could get reception anywhere with that thing. In the woods especially (where I would go hunting, not do some weird ritual things).
The BlackBerry curve was good, but I didn't like the fact that it was EDGE and not 3G, because regardless of what some say (conspiracy theorist), it does make a difference.
I will be patient and wait and see with the 9800, I will also check out the 9700. BlackBerry does make phones with good reception.
Though I will check out the droid HTC.
No more Windows Based Phones anymore though.
blackberries are better for business applications. i choose to use mine, bold 9000, while at work (for ATT) and then switch to my backflip (soon the captivate) when i am on my own time because touchscreens are more for fun.
blackberry pro's:
BBM, fantastic keyboard, they are the same on all networks so transition from one to the other is seamless. but the best one: blackberry is the smartphone most efficient at compressing data. for web browsing and web based applications blackberri...
