I can pretty much guess what the job entails. However, I am clueless to the benefits...

I have heard that AT&T pays only for 75% of heath care.... and the plans are not to great.

You have to join the union...

Is there a ramp up period for commissions?

Can anybody shed some light on this position.....anything you can..

Overall, how is it working for At&t?

Thanks

I was a retail manager for years. The health care package for brgained-for (read: in the union) employees is pretty sweet.
If you are non-union employee, which I believe the business reps are NOT in the union, then yeah the benefits are mediocre. A lot better than other places though. its a lot of cold-calling, dealing with biotchy customers.
I can say AT&T corporate is the least favorite employer I've ever had. I work indirect now and its a million times better. It all depends on your market leadership, however. It could be a great place to work.
