I honestly don't know. I would say only apple stores but spring is a very unique agent because they were an apple dealer and authorized repair center before the iPhone came out. They may be able to offer service.

Nope, we can't do anything with upgrades or syncing a customers itunes account. All retailers including us had to sign the same contract. Its days like today that I'd rather not sell the iphone.
