-Does this phone have Cellular Video?
-Is this phone going to be upgraded to Froyo or at least Eclair? and if so, will it support multi touch? Is multi touch something that can be added to a phone through a software upgrade? I though this was more of a hardware thing..

That's good to know. My 9000 is sorry for apps (barely any space for them) You claim to have 50MB on your curve, well, I have like 24MB
multitouch is a hardware thing....it will never have it.
There is no official date on upgrading to 2.1 or 2.2 all they have said it will be in the future.
I'm not sure on cellular video. I'm pretty sure every at&t phone(sans iphone) has cellular video pre-installed.

OP touched on memory for apps.
We have sold many torch's and I've never noticed exagerated delays with the OS. There will be minimal delays every now and then but nothing that makes the phone hard to use. It seems to peform well with the hardware it has. I think a lot of the phones that have a 1ghz are overpowered anyway.

Thanks. I thought so... Now, I'm new to this whole touch screen thing. I thought this would be a fad, and since it seems like it's here to stay, I guess I should at least get familiar with it since I'm considering these phones. What are other uses for multi touch besides pinch to zoom? I'd like to know if I could do away without it...
Right now you might be able to get away without it, but more applications are taking advantage of it every day.
