Motorola Milestone Help!

So I bought a Brazilian Moto Milestone, popped my SIM in and everything worked great on ATT and was in English.
Went back to my iPhone and did a factory reset on the Milestone...opps!
Now it's in a different language, can't activate it.
What can I do? Since I received it in working condition I'm thinking I just need to root it and load a different software or something like that.
Any ideas?

Installing a rom won't work because you have a phone with an efuse. This won't help if the rom can't change default language.

You need to look up changing the language from Portuguese to English.

Hit the Menu Button-->Then look for the Keyboard

It should be: "linguagem e teclado"

The top option is Select Language should be: "Selecione Linguagem"

And look for English. (It should be writtent in english, but look for: Inglês (Estados Unidos) as well)
