Infuse - same 8mp camera as Inspire, but i think the quality is better on the Infuse, and also has a 1.3mp front camera. Screen is absolutely amazing as well.

+1 on the camera, samsung generally uses the largest sensors they can in their cameras so IMO their cameras, no matter what megapixel, are generally better than most other cell phone manufacturers cameras with an equal megapixel count

The infuse has horrible voice quality, and it feels like ur holding recycled playground equipment, and the infuse also is a very easily dropped phone. being so wide and sharp cheap plastic edges means it can slip right outta your hand. the htc inspire has the latest 8mp camera for htc and has better sensor, also htc sense is much more enjoyable and customizable than samsungs android layout. both phones are pretty awsome though and you would not go wrong with eaither one. p.s inpire looks like a phone not a slab for your hand.

almost forgot, the htc inpire has a 2nd gen snapdragon process more ram than any of the dual-core processors coming out and defnitly faster than the hummingbied 1.2gz in the infuse. fyi inspire = same specs as htc thunderbolt.

agree with asiatic and pickles above,

the amoled plus screen is insane, 1.2 ghz processor is a huge plus. galaxy phones tend to be pretty reliable, while the inspires have a high return rate in our location. tons of random issues. speaker doesnt work, camera housing is loose and makes a clicking noise when you tap it, one lady couldn't get the keystokes to be registered by her home answering machine to check her messages but no problem on another inspire, even our demo one quit charging after a month. and, correct me if i'm wrong, but i think you can swype on the infuse and you have to download a non-android market app that basically requires rooting your device to get swype on the inspire.

(yes i know that bit about the market is cont...

The Inspire is a better built phone, as to the person commenting on the size of the infuse and it being more likely to drop I would have to disagree. I have used Atrix, Inspire and Infuse and neither of them have feel out of my hands easily. Although the Infuse and so many samsung phones before tend to focus on features rather then physical construction the phone does feel cheap. But it more then makes up for it with the Super Amoled Plus Display making gaming, and overall experience better. When you have a android phone dont stick with OS it comes with (HTC Sense, Motoblur, Samsung) that to me defeats the purpose of a Android phone. I use Go Launcher and the themes that you can get with it our great and doesnt make the phone lag at all.

They even mentioned the dropping on the phonescoop review. Its so thin and large and its got some pretty smooth cheap plastic for the edges. The plastic on the back in rough but since the phones is pretty big your hand doesnt touch the rough plastic part to get grip. Still I really like the device, I have had only htc's and i preferr htc but I think the infuse is definitly a winner if I switched to att the infuse is definitly the phone i would get. bright cartoony style color for the screen, fast duel-core processor and I like big screens for my gameboid emulator.
