That shouldn't have removed the discount. Is there any chance that the primary line may have been changed during any of this?
It's all figured out automatically by an algorithm. There must have been some kind of change that triggered it. Possibly something that i'm not aware of.
Relocation or Transfer of Billing Responsibility will lose the rolling MRC info. I'm not aware that upgrading another line would impact it, but I don't have the algorithm.

What HzD increadible is saying is correct. Under the grandfathered system the date of eligibility and also the extra discounts were based on your average monthly recurring charge over a certain period of time. My guess is that it was averaged over a rolling year but they don't have the exact formula that was used in our policy manual.
If you got the $50 discount it meant that average monthly cost for that line was at least $69.
