Siri question
Do you have to have a network or wifi connection to use siri on the iPhone 4s, or does it use software that is built into the phone?

As far as I have been informed, yes and no. If you are telling siri to set an alarm, or to write a memo no. However if you want to know local weather or the price of tea in china yes. 😉

You're not missing much as far as I can tell. I've had the chance to play with a 4S for a few minutes. It's like a polished 4 plus Siri which I think is just a novelty.
I prefer being able to choose a low cost carrier for my cell service and feature for feature the high end Android phones now blow away the iPhones. Sure, they may not be as pretty, but they do more and cost less.

Yes u need wifi or at&t network, if you don't have that then Siri will not work. It will ask you to get internet connection.
