I preffer the Moto OS and tech features, except for the camera part. Moto takes horrible pictures.
I dislike Nokia's OS (WP), tho' Windows maps are better than Andorid. But Nokia has a very tough hardware built and Nokia cameras take amazing pictures, their cam software is impressive!
So it depense on what your sis's lookin' for...
