y'know I'm a former blue rep and I admit that a lot of the time we get really grouchy customers. I will also admit that sometimes we may get a little carried away while talking about them, but I've worked here for two years and I've only had one customer that comes to mind when someone asks "well, surely you get some nice customers?!"

Out of 40-80 calls per day, 5 days a week over a two full years, I can only think of one.

This guy actually let me finish my opening (a rare occurrence, to say the least!). Then to my surprise when he began to speak, I found that he had actually been listening to my opening and addressed me by my name! (WOW!) Then before anything happened he thanked me for being there today so that i could help him no...

I just had a customer try and tell me that he sent the phone he got through warrenty exchange back, the day before he got it. I wonder if QA would ding me for quoting Enstiens thoery of quantom mechanics?

When will Cingular offer 3G services/phones? As the #1 service provider Cingular is a bit behind. Even Sprint has 3G phones. What's going on? Im in Fl. Has anyone heard anything?

Ok Cingular reps. Ive read posts about commercials advertising the Nokia 6102 Coming to Cingular. Anyone know when its coming? I really want it to replace me samsung e317. Also can someone tell me if there are any updates to the e317 software to correct the poor sound quality and freezing?

I have heard there is some sort of problem with this phone and there is some sort of update available for it. I have this phone and I am not sure if I need this update. Can someone be kind enough to explain the problem & solution to fix it so I can know if I need to get the phone fixed? Thank you and sorry if this has been explained already. Cingular has realized the need for better flip phones...so we see the both the LG C1500 and the LG C2000 here on the phonescoop site now. Both look like they'll be nice solid, and probably affordable flip phones.

HI, I live in MA but travel a lot to Tampa, FL. Can anyone comment on reception, dropped calls, whether there's a good network for digital, and whether you like Cingular. I'm considering Cingular or Verizon based on which network is stronger re: avoiding dropped calls and having good reception. I don't care about VCast, but would like Bluetooth and a phone with a good camera. I had been looking at the 8100 on Verizon but the phone may have a volume issue. I'm thinking about either the 551 or RZR phone for Cingular unless there's one with a better camera that also has bluetooth. Any comments welcome! Thanks.

just had a customer, had a little bit of misinfo " according to them" even though the events clearly noted they were informed gave the benifit of the doubt and made cust happy gave them a half crdt for 40 soe bucks, i asked at the end of the call the closing call curvey cust gave me a 3 becasue they feel that i coulda have given the full crdt, and becasue his son had jsut burnt supper..
