Saw some nice apps today. Not as many as the iPhad, but Trapster and Vlingo are always pretty cool. One thing was that I had a customer with a VZW Curve and VZW wouldn't let him access the app store. What gives? I thought VZW was the tops, but they won't let you customize your own phone? 🙂

What's the deal with the pricing (Mind you I am not complaining.) I know it's only a $50 difference but with a better camera (Again, a slight difference) a GPS turn by turn, a bigger keypad (I am assuming by pics) yet the Nokia is $50 cheaper? What's the deal...

I thought I'd ask here before I call AT&T- don't feel like dealing with customer service. I'm a new iphone customer and have the 900 minute plan with the unlimited text messaging. I've downloaded the free AIM app that I use a a lot.

? is - Using the app is covered in my plan correct? I wouldn't want to be charged a fee per every IM sent. Just want to make sure.

I have had it 😡 . This is the final time I have a problem with verizon. My contract doesnt expire until jan of 2010. I know that i should do the right thing and wait it out but they have screwed me over so many times i feel like a litle retrobution is in order. I would love to switch to at&t and get an iphone, but dont want to pay verizon a crap load of money to do it. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appriciate it

Is AT&T planing some more aggressive pricing plans in this tough economy and ever increasing competitive market? Two of my friends have jumped ship in the past few months, one went to TMO and the other to Boast unlimited. Usually i would not care what anybody does, but now it is costing me mins. to talk to them since they are on different network.

The ATT website recently shows what is apparently an on-line only Moto Flip, the EM330. Anybody have any first-hand experience with or know anything about this unit (other than specs)?

I'm looking for a decent backup and even though I've never been a Moto fan this looks like it might have some possibilities ... flip, FM, music, decent price, etc.,etc.

Since Sat (3/2😎 afternoon I've had trouble making/receiving calls on both my AT&T wireless phones (business/mobile).

When placing a call I get a notice that says "Network Busy"

It looks as if TMS recently switched from T-Mobile to at&t.

All of their mall kiosks in the Dallas market are now at&t dealers under the DBA Mobilelife.

I dont see how this is possible as TMS was a large dealer under the at&t wireless days. Fraud galore.

I bet there are some Prime Mobile agents who are mad about this. Prime had the mall market exclusive sharehold for years. At least here anyway.

A couple of weeks ago, my colleague Matt Richtel - a handsome devil if ever there was one - spoke truth to power. He said the thing that no one was saying, yet needed to be said. Here it is in a nutshell:
