I like my T-Mobile even is it isnt the top carrier

I have been coming to theis forum for about a week and i have seen that many people dislike T-Mobile. T-Mobile just needs to expand more and get better technology and i could gurantee anyone that it could be one of the best carriers. It already has really good custormer service something which apparently Cingular lacks. I think T-Mobile will do just fine if they make the correct moves.

TMOBLE and the internet

I have TMOBILE, but I'm very upset about its internet functions. My friend has sprint, I went on all different kind of websites with perfect pictures and such.

Will TMOBILE ever fix this? If so, any idea when?

How many of you use T-Mobile To-Go?

How many of you use T-Mobile To-Go? And how do you like it? My younger sister likes it a lot. She used to have a tracfone, and she loves the fact that she gets more minutes and that she has a color screen phone of good quality.

When my contract runs out I plan on going to T-Mobile To-Go because I hardly use my phone, and it will end up being cheaper for me to have T-Mobile To-Go.

A simple question about Towers.

I have always wanted to know this. What is the approximate radius that a T-Mobile tower will cover? Is it one mile? Or is it like a couple hundred yards, or a different distance? I have always wanted to know this but no one has ever told me.

Cricket has nationwide service!

Much to my surprise, as I found out today Cricket has nationwide service...Still unlimited calls within your local area, and you pre-pay $0.59/min for roaming outside of your local area.

Any thoughts, or add-on's?

Nokia 6101 question for empoyees

Is there an ETR on the Nokia 6101 in Streamline yet? I am home on maternity leave and can't check. My phone was stolen 2 weeks ago, and since I get my yearly discount tomorrow, and had heard that the Nokia 6101 was coming out sometime in late July or Aug, I decided I would wait for that phone. However, it hasn't come out yet, and my anal husband isn't willing to wait very long for me to decide to either cancel that line and use his A630 (a phone that drives me nuts!) or get my new phone. ☹️

FCC Auction

I'm guessing this is the auction that will see T-Mobile very active for 3G spectrum. Its preliminary scheduled for June06.

'No one cares' about JD Power???

It's hilarious... over on the Verizon forum right now, a couple of Cingular guys are trashing JD Power and Consumer Reports, saying that no one 'cares' about them, they're biased, they're just like the Jerry Springer Show, etc. etc. just because they didn't give Cingular a good rating.

This is so silly to me. Just for ONCE, I'd like for someone to speak against their corporate self-interest. Like maybe a T-Mobile guy going "Yeah, JD Power and Consumer Reports sucks, I don't care that they gave us good ratings, I hate them!", or a Cingular or Sprint guy admitting "Yes, I go by JD Power and Consumer Reports myself, and it really hurts us when they don't give us good ratings. I wish our customer service and network would improve so that we c...

T-Mobile Tries to Make Its Case!

"Under assault by 3G and free Wi-Fi, the carrier says it still believes in its paid model.

By Matthew Maier, June 17, 2005
Once upon a time, the only Wi-Fi access available outside the comfort of your own home came with a price tag that could exceed $10 per hour. Over the past 18 months, however, coffee shops, bookstores, and other places where people like to lounge have begun to offer Wi-Fi Internet access for free; the hope is that customers will hang around longer and buy another book or cup o' joe. The question in many people's minds has been whether paid Wi-Fi could survive this onslaught. This week T-Mobile, operator of the world's largest network of hotspots, gave the wireless industry the first peek at an answer.

But it was o...
