This is so silly to me. Just for ONCE, I'd like for someone to speak against their corporate self-interest. Like maybe a T-Mobile guy going "Yeah, JD Power and Consumer Reports sucks, I don't care that they gave us good ratings, I hate them!", or a Cingular or Sprint guy admitting "Yes, I go by JD Power and Consumer Reports myself, and it really hurts us when they don't give us good ratings. Once upon a time, the only Wi-Fi access available outside the comfort of your own home came with a price tag that could exceed $10 per hour.
