I am searching for some good sales pitches to grab a certain demographic of people in my area. My area is surrounded by seniors and large families and a lot of Smart Access (immigrants) customers. Any and all info or ideas are welcome. February seems to be a slow month company wide for my company and I am looking to get ahead.

Not too many things get me mad, and not too many things can really get under my skin enough to cause me to hold a grudge for more than a few seconds etc...this particular instance has been grinding at my last nerve all day long, and I'm still pissed about it! Return policy question for Reps please
here is my situation:
My family has Tmobile and 5 lines, and now I wanted to get a seperate account. I wasnt sure if the service would work in my apt or not so i opted for the trial. I originally wanted to start at the 19.99 plan jsut for testing purposes, but the sales rep mentioned that if i wanted to upgrade in the future it would be easier to start at the 39.99 plan (this is all at an official tmobile store). Now i specifically mentioned that I would cancel if I didnt get service at my apt or at school (the dental school lab is in the basement so Its hard to get service)... he assured me that this would not be a problem. I asked if I woudl incur ANY charges and he said no, nothing would ...

Customer handset renewals
1st off, I work indirect and we use ICAM to do customer account management and we get customers coming in all day long that want to do handset upgrades. that being said. Sometimes in the ICAM system it says that the customer is not elligable for a renewal however when i call into C.C. they say that the customer is elligable for full discount on a handset with of course an extension of the contract. with that,(i know this is long, sorry) My company will not let us do an over the phone upgrade/renewal any more because when we send in hand written renewal contracts to T-Mobile that they say it isn't concrete enough and so now we need to print the contract off of the ICAM system. I'm a rep for another wireless carrier, so I'mnot as familiar with all of T-Mobile's services as some of you.
Is SA a type of prepaid service, or some sort of account-management service?
