curve and hotspot@home

I am thinking of buying the curve, for email, internet and because of the wifi.

Is it that good of a phone for this?

Also, I currently have a wireless router for my home network, can I just use this and not have to buy one from Tmobile?

Can I be at a friends house and connect to his wireless router and make and receive free calls?

T-MOBILE IS RELEASING AN ANDROID PHONE THIS YEAR!

Hey, our store was just visited by our 3rd in command from T-Mobile and she was mentioning that along with the expansion of our Talk Forever phone line up this summer, T-mobile is releasing around thanksgiving a pda that, she says, will blow IPHONE out of the water. She wouldn't say what it was or who was making it.

Well, I found THIS today in the news. I'm betting that whatever the phone is going to be, it's operating system is going to have android on it.

T mobile needs.....................

Service centers! Why have to pay $110 for a new phone when I can get the part off Ebay for less than $20? The trackball on my Blackberry broke and Asurion wants to charge me $110 for a replacement.

I like T mo but their not having repair centers sucks! That's about the only thing I miss about Sprint.

BB MMS??? help??

Lately there has been some issues with sending pictures in select Blackeberry devices. Me and my wife both have pearls and have the same issues. From what Ive been told t-mo blackberry has been havin some server problems which has been making sending pictures extremely difficult if not impossible. Ive called both tech support and BB support and all i get is that it is a known issue which is being worked on. No time frame, no answers, just useless trouble shooting which is nothing more than taking the battery out and puttin it back in. What makes me especially angry is that i pay for unlimited messeges for families and use MMS alot. Not being able to use it is really upsetting. Does anyone here have any advice or maybe some better infor...

T-Mobile and Late Fees

I am currently with at&t... I have been unemployed for quite some time and I could not pay my phone bill... Well my phone has been turned off since the beginning of December and it was only like 274... Now it is about 540 bucks and I am trying to figure out what the hell at&t is doing... I am really considering leaving them when I do get back on my feet... I just wanted to know if T-Mobile keeps adding up the money when a person is unable to pay their bill... I do plan on paying what I do owe but not no damn 540 plus bucks... They can kiss it on that note.. I am one that pays my bills on time but I am having a hard time right now and I explained that to them but I guess they really just dont care... Thanks

best phone to buy

i already have t-mobile and using a nokia 6133. i have had the nokia 5300(garbage), motorola rizr (good phone but the buttons were too small), motorola w490 (decent phone, just a lag when you text too fast), sidekick 3 (just too big), sidekick slide (shuts off whenever i close it but was an ok phone) and a blackberry curve (wasnt that satisfied). im looking for a phone with at least a keyboard. my girlfriend has the wing and i like it but the keyboard is kinda flat. should i go with that or give the sidekick lx a try?

Will Hotspot at Home work on a phone not issued by T-mobile?

Hi.

I'm looking to switch to T-mobile from Alltel.
One of the features that appeals to me is the Hotspot at home.

I am looking to purchase an unlocked phone and I was wondering if that feature will work on an unlocked phone or do I need to purchase a T-mobile phone for the Hotspot service to work properly.

Furthermore, if I do need to purchase a T-mobile phone, which phone do you recommend for the Hotspot service, one that has the best all around features.

Should I wait for any new releases in the second or third quarter of 2008?

Thanks!

questions about phones for t-mobile

I am considering getting rid of my current phone carrier and going to tmobile, i looked at alot of the phones and packages. I am considering getting a blackberry pearl, curve or the dash. I've read alot of reviews from individuals not professinals that shy away from the dash, i'm looking for something that works well online and from what i've read the wifi feature usually works better on phones then the network connection. so it seems like a waste of 20$ a month for that, but i know the pearl doesn't have wifi. should i still consider the dash or just bite the big bullet and get the curve? i don't plan on doing alot of text messaging, i just want to be able to use the map application and check my webmail account, which both will need a net c...

Is It Possible To See Some Better Phones On Pay-As-You Go Line Up???

Its pretty much self explanitory. I mean, I've sent t-mobile plenty of emails concerning this little factor but all they say is something to the fact of, "We are sorry about this. This note has been forwarded to the correct department. We are sorry to hear that you feel there arent enough handsets"...blah blah blah,"Fortunately all of t-mobiles phones are compatible with our Pay As You Go service, but you are expected to pay full price for the handset of your choice."

Usually I can deal with only a couple of phones to choose from, but all of t-mobiles pre-paid phones are dispicable.

VERIZON PAY-AS-YOU GO:
They have the LG EnV on there line-up as well as the Samsung U740. As we know these phones are most definitely not feature-less....
