I hate everything about it. I hate how they pay us for it, I hate the high-maintenance customers, I hate the replenishments and I hate the service. Seriously...it is a pain in the butt to do anything involving pre-paid. The customers are generally idiots and have no clue what they have. How do you not know your plan? What? You just come in and put some money down and leave? Seriously. They can't do anything themselves. All for like $2. WoW. Gee thanks alltel.
