Does anyone know if the code *3370# really works to activate the enhanced voice quality? The only thing i know is that you do #3370# to get it off (for those who have gotten it stuck on there and don't know how to remove it). It's only for nokias though and I don't know if its locked to the UK because I saw it on orange.co.uk's website. But, does anyone know if this for real?

OK...Plain and simple, I'm pretty sure my internal antenna is broken. It fell and the back cover fell off along with the thing that protects the internal antenna. I have a nokia 3589i and I was wondering if a signal booster would work or would I have to get it repaired?

The 6225 has a camera right? so how can i zoom with this phone?

- beep periodically for a missed call

My ideal phone has:
- all features from Nokia 6230
- Air Plane Safe
- somewhat a large screen
- beep periodically for a missed call
- WiFi (I pay for WiFi for my PC and I don't want to pay for another form of Internet access)

How Big can the memory be, 512MB or 1 Gig - I like to buy the memory so tht it is something that I can use it on later versions of the cell phone, not just price? I found MMC is being outdated at retails shops, say BestBuy.

Also what brand works on Nokia, ScanDisk, pqi?

I am curious as to what the general consensus is on the Nokia Experience Centers. I reside fairly close to the one in Las Vegas and am impressed with their knowledge on the various handsets. Anyone have any "experiences" in one these places?

I recently purchased a US version (GSM 850/1800/1900 MHz) of the 6170 from Nokia's website... I noticed that the US page does not list PTT as a feature and according to the user guide, the button is labeled only as a volume key. However, when you view the GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz version of the phone, the PTT feature is listed. Can anyone tell me what the deal with this is? Does the US version have the PTT feature? Is it just disabled? Can I enable it? Or must you have the European version of the phone to be able to use the feature?

I wanted to refresh my contacts on the SIM card so I deleted them, then was going to copy ALL from Memory. First of all the menu of "Keep Original" or "Move Original" threw me off a little but, but I used Keep Original and out of 175 contacts in phone memory it copied 27 to the SIM. What's up with that ???

The only way I could get all of them to the SIM was to do it one-by-one. Am I missing something ...?

Is anyone else having problems with the PC Suite looking for music? I have a 6230 and I am trying to DL some music. The program seems to lock up on the search for music somewhere close to the latter half of the alphabet.

MicroSHAFT oops I mean soft does not have any clue. I have check the Nokia site with no luck.

my 6600 does not function properly again because of an unknown virus which i think it contacted via bluetooth. Most of the applications no longer work . I can't even use a file manager to access my files, delete or even do anything for that matter. This is a cry for help. Don't know what to do and am broke. 😢

I work for an authorized reatailer for VZW and the nokia rep came in a few days ago and dropped so expected phones and dates for us so I'd thought I'd share

first the the 2128i its a basic candy bar phone with 64k screen, speakerphone, flashlight, and txt expected says 09/05

then we have the 6236i another candy bar but it has a vga camera fm radio speakerphone , 65k screen, 10MB memory and state a premium thin design, also 09/05

the the 6356i I think most of us know this phone its a pretty much the 6255i 09/05(retailers only)

and next its the 6305i its evdo with MOD camera and video and dual speakers its states 01/06

I have a Nokia 6200 with Cingular Wireless. For some reason, everytime I access GPRS, I get the error message "Connection Lost" or "Authentication Failed" I have checked all of the settings and everything seems to be correct, so I called Cingular, they unfortunately told me everything I know already, so they could not resolve the issue. Has anyone had this problem before? or does anyone know what I should do to fix this?
