To take insurance or not on the v9m

Since there is so much money out of pocket for this phone, I am wondering if I should take out the insurance on it. Any thoughts?

I always take insurance out on my phones there are 2 payments if you the the $5.99 a moth that will extend your warranty to 2 years as long as you keep the insurance on the phone.
