Amazon has free V9m RAZR2. Why so Cheap?

Just to let everyone know I ordered a V9m RAZR2 for $99.99 plus a hundred dollar rebate. Best deal I have found. Why are they so much cheaper than elsewhere?

Amazon takes up to 4 weeks to ship, so that is one reason. And their return policy is limited. You will end up wanting to ship it back. Trust me, the phone is garbage.
