I have a customer that needs to know whether or not the moment has the same application as a blackberry. He is curious to know if you can highlight a number in a text or any kind of message and the phone will then dial it, quickly and effortlessly.

I don't even have to highlight it, just touch it and it sends you to the call screen where you confirm by then touching call.
