Sprint Service?
dupJan 18, 2004, 10:35 AM
I was messing around with the A600 Sprint version in the store. It seemed that most features require connecting to "PCS Vision". Perhaps the phone in the store did not have a valid account or was not set up properly, but every time I tried to do something it would try to connect to the PCS Vision network and then come back saying it was busy and to try again later.
My question is: does anyone know if Sprint users often have the problem of the "PCS Vision" network being busy?
Makes me want to hold out a couple more weeks for any verizon camera/flash phone.

what features were you useisng that you would need pcs vision? I dont no for what you would need it for!!

Sprint service is great. At this point in order to send a text message you have to log onto Vision. That is about to change though, and Sprint is about to release MO-SMS. Other than that, you use Vision to get online and it's really fast. WAP sites take only a couple seconds to load. 🙂

well someone tell me what one is really better because I am going to get this phone for free from verizon because of a bill problam and the fact I paid $250 and some change for this phone BUT it wasn't out a month ago so They are letting me use the vx6000 till this on comes out. Or my cousin can get me ANY PHONE for free from sprint because he works for them.
